A: We use our own directly employed labour to install our products who are or are working to their relevant National Vocational Qualification, all are CRB checked and issued with I.D. cards.
Q: Where can you place a home lift?
A: A home lift can be placed almost anywhere, outdoor or indoor. A home lift generally comes in one piece and does not require a separate machine room.
Q: Home lift vs. stairlift, what are the differences?

A: A home lift can carry more than one person but also a baby stroller and heavy bags; also a home lift becomes a part of the interior and can increase the value of the house.
Q: Why is hold to run required?
A: Hold to run is standard on all home lifts due to the machinery directive and the European harmonised standard EN81-41.
Q: How long does it take to install a home lift or stairlift?
A: To install a home lift takes less than a week, for a stairlift usually a few hours.
Q: How fast is a home lift / stairlift?
A: A home lift travels at 0.15 m/s and a stairlift from 0.10 m/s – 0.15 m/s, this is regulated by the machine directive.
Q: What happens in the event of a power cut?
A: All lifts are equipped with an electrical emergency lowering and / or mechanical emergency lowering.
