The 'Hiro' range of Platform Stairlifts is designed to accommodate both straight and curved
flights of stairs and will carry one person and wheelchair up to a maximum weight of 300kgs.
This type of lift is ideal where a vertical lift cannot be fitted due to space restrictions.
Although a minimum staircase width of 1200mm is required, this is usually available in
typical applications e.g. schools, colleges, libraries etc.
Standard features include call/send controls, safety edges and surfaces, and constant pressure controls.
Optional features are available such as a powered folding platform, this enables the user to fold the
platform at the press of a button rather than requiring assistance.
